Return Conditions

It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns of personalized or discounted items (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

Return Process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products
